Data Center Redesign
Complete redesign of the data center for ProCredit bank a.d. Serbia, encompassing architecture planning, storage implementation, SAN switches, servers, clusters, application services, and replication and backup solutions. The project included preparing a proof of concept for migrating physical Microsoft SQL clusters to out-of-the-box Microsoft SQL Server clusters on VMware infrastructure with minimal downtime, as well as preparing project plans, installation checklists, documentation, and coordinating execution steps with local IT and external vendors.
