Instant Contract

Instant Contract is solution for automatically selecting contract documentation including offers and additional required documentation, populating documents with data or retrieving documents from ready to use reports and delivering merged as well as separate documents as needed for further steps like signing. It also has module for contract template management which is used to empower contract change management from legal over technical steps of mapping data to templates up to QA testing and delivering new versions to production. The solution integrates with core system to retrieve or store document templates and to retrieve data for templates population. Solution is delivered for ProCredit bank a.d. Serbia.
